We have had many questions about how things flow the evening of the Gala.  It is a night of food, fun, fellowship and fundraising! 

The evening starts at 6pm with cocktail hour, going until approximately 7:00pm. During cocktail hour there will be appetizers served.  Followed by a four course meal to include soup or salad, an entrée, a vegetable, and a starch.  There will also be dessert. Dinner will last until approximately until 8-8:30pm.  There will be a vegetarian option for those that need one, please just let us know by November 1st. **You can make that choice in the ticket sales section under meal type!

Throughout the evening the silent auction area will be open for viewing of baskets.  Bidding will run during cocktail hour and for a little while later in the evening.  The live auction will start approximately at 8:45pm.  After the live auction we will have other activities such as a paddle raise and some raffles.   The check-out process will begin between 10pm and 10:30pm and we will continue the music and fellowship until 11:30pm!

Also, per Boulder Ridge Country Club dress code, proper business attire is required (no jeans).  Suit and tie recommended, Black Tie optional. 

All attendees must enter the country club through the Frank Road entrance gate off of Miller Road.
